Notice of Nami Exchange system maintenance (April 20, 2021)

In order to upgrade and consolidate the system to match the current rapidly growing number of users, Nami informs customers about the system maintenance time : from 09:00 (UTC +7) Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Maintenance time is expected to last about two hours. Nami will notify the user when the maintenance is complete.

During the above time, Nami will suspend the following services:

• Spot trading
• Swapping
• Deposits and withdrawals (both on-chain and off-chain).

Note:

• During the maintenance period, opening and closing orders will not be performed. In order not to be affected, please ensure you need to close the buy/sell orders 30 minutes in advance.
• Futures transactions are still normal.
• Nami will notify you through the app once the maintenance is complete.

All data, transactions and assets on the website and mobile application platform will be secured during the system upgrade process. 

Nami apologizes for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
