To participate in the program, users only need to submit the feedback which was received during the experience of the upgrade of Nami Exchange on the website or application. Each comment is a motivation to help Nami make more efforts to improve service and product quality in the next update.

How is the program organized?
- Users participate in the program by accessing the link below and filling in the information fields, including Nami ID and Comments to improve the quality of products and services for Nami Exchange.
- Nami Exchange will synthesize these comments, thereby selecting the top 10 most valuable and relevant contributions for the community to vote on on Nami Exchange’s Official Telegram channel and Nami Community Facebook group.
- Prizes will be distributed as follows:

What you need to do?
- The program applies to all users who have registered for Nami.Exchange account via website or application.
- Users need to provide Nami ID correctively , any case of providing wrong Nami ID will not be rewarded.
And last but not least
- The voting portal will close at 00:00 on November 13, 2021 (UTC+7).
- Nami Exchange will process the reward within 24 hours from the above time.
- Rewards will be paid in NAMI tokens and transferred directly to the user’s Nami Exchange wallet.
